None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called, but a memo has been filed by Mr. R.C. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner on 02.08.2022 stating that the petitioner does not want to proceed the matter.

This application under Section 24 of the C.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of C.S. No.2 of 2017 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Aska, Ganjam to the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Cuttack. 4.

By order dated 26.09.2019, notice had been issued to the opp. parties. Notice on behalf of opp. party nos. 1 and 2 had been accepted on behalf of the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate and requisites for issue of notice on opp. party nos. 3 and 4 by registered post with A.D. had been directed to be filed within seven working days and office note indicates that the requisites have not been filed. 5.

Considering the contents of the memo, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.
