Considering the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, this Court directs the Collector, Rayagada to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
