Since on instruction, Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that after completion of investigation in connection with Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 under Annexure-1, Charge-sheet No. 115, dated 30.12.2020 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.
