None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict the petitioner from the case land which he is possessing since long.

Since nothing has been placed on record to show issuance of any such notice and this writ petition has been filed on apprehension, the same is premature one. If at all any notice is issued, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 5.
