Pursuant to the order passed in Interlocutory Application for condonation of delay, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has already deposited the cost. The present CMAPL has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.1307 of 2017 to file as the same has been dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. 3.

Considering the grounds, this Court is inclined to allow the CMAPL and W.P.(C) No.1307 of 2017 is restored to its file. 4.
