This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard M/s. P. Bastia, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Kandarpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2021 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.98 of 2021, pending in the file of learned A.D.J.-cum- Special Court, Cuttack, under Sections 363/366/294/323/376(2)(n)/379/417/506/34 of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J.-cum- Special Court, under POCSO Act, Cuttack I/C, by order dated 20.09.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and considering the tenor thereof and keeping in view that charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
