Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of 22.11.2022.

The bail application of the Petitioner was disposed of by order dated 22.11.2022 and being aggrieved by the condition as imposed in paragraph-9 thereof, the present I.A. has been filed. Paragraph-9 is extracted hereunder for convenience of ready reference;

"9.

Additionally, it is directed that the Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, that the trial is going on and the Petitioner is regularly appearing before the jurisdictional police station once every week

and because of the procrastination of the trial, the direction to appear once every week is causing hardship.

Considering the submissions and the recitals in the I.A., this Court is persuaded to modify Paragraph-9 of the order and directs that the Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every month on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin till conclusion of trial. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the Court in seisin. 6.

The other stipulation(s) in the said order remain unaltered. 7.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier order dated 22.11.2022 Paragraph-9 thereof, as modified and the order passed today.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
