The present bail application has been filed for commission of the alleged offences under sections 323,341,294, 354-A of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that all the offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner. 3.
Accordingly the bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
