1. Since the limited prayer here is to challenge an NBW issued against the Petitioner which was stayed on 3rd May, 2018 by this Court, the said interim order will continue till 1st November, 2022 on which the Petitioner will appear before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna in I.C.C. Case No.87 of 2015.

2. No further directions are called for. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the concerned Subordinate Court.
