Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors states that in compliance of the order dated 2nd February, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.826 of 2021, the Collector &, District Magistrate, Koraput after hearing the Petitioner and his counsel passed a speaking order dated 3rd September, 2021, and thereby rejecting the claim of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, it is made clear that nothing more survives in the present contempt petition.
