Heard Mr. U. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the eviction notice dated 28.07.2022 under Annexure-3 and seeking direction to Opposite Party No.3 to settle the land in his favour within a stipulated time.

Since the impugned order in question is appealable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appellate forum, if he is so advised.
