3. Heard Mr. S.R. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the grounds taken in the application and taking into account the past conduct of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the application subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two thousand) to be paid to the Odisha High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund. Cost be deposited and receipt be filed in course of the day. M.A. No. 104 of 1994 is restored to its file.
