None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 15th January, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.91 of 2013. 4.

Defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed in spite of the direction of this Court vide order dated 6th September, 2021.

Although the RPFAM has been filed since 24th February, 2016, no step has been taken for removal of defects in spite of the direction of this Court.

In view of the above, This Court feels that the Petitioners has lost interest in pursuing the matter. 7.
