This is an application for amending the cause title of the CRLMP.

Heard Mr.N.K.Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 4.

Considering the submissions made and the grounds taken in the application, prayer for amendment is allowed. Mr.Sethi files the copy of the consolidated cause title in Court today. Office is directed to insert the same at appropriate place of the record.

According to Mr. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel apart from the fact that no external injury has been found on the body of the deceased the final opinion of the doctor with regard to postmortem is that the deceased died of acute myocardial infarction. He further submits that two months more time may be granted to complete the investigation.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the CRLMP is disposed of directing Inspector-in-Charge, Fategarh Police Station (opposite party No.3) to complete the investigation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
