This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. B.N. Udgata, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties has submitted that e-auction has failed. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. S.K. Sarangi, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Ms. N. Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has urged to direct the Opposite Parties consider One Time Settlement or Settlement by way of laying down flexible repayment plan.

Mr. Udgata, learned counsel has submitted that let the petitioner file a proposal in writing for Settlement. The Bank Opposite Parties will definitely consider.

This writ petition stands disposed of, being partly infructuous. Before parting with the records, we direct the Bank-Opposite Parties allow the petitioner to file a fresh proposal for One Time Settlement or settlement. The Opposite Parties may negotiate for a flexible

repayment arrangement toward liquidation of the outstanding loan amount.

No order as to costs.
