This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by Mr. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel for the State that charge-sheet in the case has been filed on 16.08.2021. He further submits that against the rejection order, Petitioner has moved this Court on 10.08.2021 and suggests that Petitioner is required to move afresh before the court below after filing of the charge-sheet.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application to approach the learned court below by filing a fresh bail application. If the Petitioner files a fresh bail application, the same shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being influenced by any other factor. 4.

Granting such liberty, the bail application stands disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy on proper application. .
