Heard Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Cuttack Vigilance Misc. Case No.11 of 2022 which has been subsequently converted to Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.48 dated 19.01.2022 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.32 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, (Vigilance),
// 2 // Cuttack, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he will cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose and will not tamper the evidence. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 6th December, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as would be asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation. Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
