3. The petitioner is in jail custody since 05.02.2020 in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 46/51 of 2020, pending before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (LR & LTV), Sambalpur, for the commission of alleged offences under Section 274, 275 of IPC.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted from the present case. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner has become infructuous.
