This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, as per order dated 22.08.2022 of this Court, the Petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and she is cooperating with the investigation. Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Vigilance), on instruction from the concerned I.O., submits that the Petitioner had in fact appeared before the I.O. and she is cooperating with the investigation of the case.

Considering such submissions of the parties, it is directed that, in the event of arrest in connection with Cuttack Vigilance Misc. Case No.11 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer subject to the condition that she shall cooperate

// 2 // with the investigation and shall appear before the I.O. as and when required with all the relevant documents that would be required by the I.O. in connection with the present case. It is made clear that, if the Petitioner violates the above condition at any point of time, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Vigilance) shall bring it to the notice of this Court, and in that event this Court would cancel the bail granted to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
