There is an allegation against the Collector & District Order No.

Magistrate, Deogarh in not receiving the complaint made by the Councilors.

This Court without entering into any such controversies at this stage, disposes of this Writ Petition permitting the Petitioners to re-submit the protest vide Annexure-4 before the Collector & District Magistrate, Deogarh by Monday (12th September, 2022). In such event the Collector & District Magistrate, Deogarh shall do well in looking into the grievance of the Councilors and doing the needful in taking a lawful decision in the matter and if necessary involving the parties likely to be affected.
