Heard Mr. S.K. Dalei, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

It is stated that against the order of cancellation of tender, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. But the said order is not impugned in this writ petition itself. Thereby the petition is premature one. 4.

However, if the petitioner gets the copy of the cancellation order of tender, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
