Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks relief for allotment of house in her favour under PMAY (G)/Biju Pucca Ghara Scheme. To that end, inter alia, representation dated 16th August, 2021 was made to the Collector.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly considered.
