None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioners on earlier date on 09.12.2016. Further, the defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed.

In view of the above, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
