2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

It is submitted that even though the prayer of the petitioners for their regularization has not been considered by the Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission while passing the order dtd.9.5.2022 under Annexure-16, but it has been observed that this order shall not operate as a bar. Extract of the order dated 9.5.2022 is quoted hereunder for reference. " This order shall not operate as a bar against the TPNODL management to absorb the petitioners against permanent vacancies or otherwise, if the management takes a fresh thinking considering the long period for which the Petitioners have endeavored for securing permanent job.

In view of such observation, this Curt permits the petitioners to make individual representation before Opp. Party No.3 seeking their absorption in the regular establishment. It is observed that if any such

// 2 // application is filed within a petitioner of two weeks from today, the Opp. Party No.3 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation.

5. Till such a decision is taken by Opp. party No.3, stauts quo as on today be maintained.
