The instant contempt has been filed for the alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.37581 of 2020. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt and file a fresh one by impleading the necessary and proper parties.
