This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.569 of 2022 arising out of Nabarangpur P.S. Case No.253 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur, under Section 420/406 of IPC and is in custody since 03.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nabarangpur by order dated 04.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and keeping in view that the charge sheet has already been filed which is on record, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on

such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
