Heard Mr. M. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the eviction notice issued by the Tahasildar Keonjhar under Annexure-1.

As it appears the notice of eviction was issued in the month of January 2020 and the present writ petition has been filed only on 12.08.2022, with a delay of more than two years and seven months. Therefore, this writ petition suffers from delay and laches and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
