Heard Mr. B.C. Panda, learned counsel for the Appellant. 2.

The Plaintiff is the unsuccessful Appellant. The suit filed by him was for declaration of right, title, interest on the ground of adverse possession against the State authorities. The 1st Appellate Court has confirmed the dismissal of the suit. 3.

In absence of specific date of entry to possession, no merit is seen in the appeal to be entertained and no substantial question is found to admit the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed.
