Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner Order No.

and submits, his client is a Government employee. He had taken house repairing loan. There was default in repayment. The bank blocked his client's account. His client is ready to repay the loan by installments. Accordingly, he made representation dated 19th May, 2022 to the Branch Manager (O.P.2). He prays for direction upon the Branch Manager to consider his client's application. 2.

In view of prayer made, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's said representation within two weeks of communication. Said opposite party will inform petitioner, decision
