Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of bank and submits, his client seeking One Time Settlement (OTC) facility to close Over Draft (OD) account no.028405003175. To that effect representation dated 11th June, 2022 was made to the bank. The bank has not considered the same. He submits, there be direction upon the bank to consider his client's representation.

In view of submissions made on behalf of petitioner, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, the bank will consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 11th June, 2022 (annexure-6) and inform result thereof to him within three weeks of communication. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
