Since the Petitioner has a complete remedy U/s.15(b) of the Order No.

O.S.S Act, this Court, therefore, declines to entertain this Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority in terms of the provision U/s.15(b) of the O.S.S. Act.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
