1. A final status report has been submitted in a sealed cover which has been opened and perused in Court. The final report dated 5th September, 2022 of the SP, CID, CB, Odisha states that a final charge sheet has been filed on 5th September, 2022 under Sections 376 (da)/376(2)(n)/506 read with 34 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act against four accused persons. It is stated in the status report that no substantive evidence has surfaced to prove the involvement of any other accused persons as alleged in the F.I.R.

2. It will be open to the victim/victim's family to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The report be placed back in sealed cover. All the status reports filed in sealed cover be placed under the custody of the Registrar (Judicial) and will not be allowed for any inspection by anyone except under orders of the Court.
