Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will make a fresh representation to Sanctioning Authority that is Collector Bargarh, Opposite Party No.2 for sanction and release of the subsistence allowance at the entitled rate.

Taking into account the limited nature of the grievance, this Court directs the Collector Bargarh, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pay her subsistence allowance as per for her entitlement within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order. 5.
With such direction the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
