This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Cuttack Energy P.S. Case No.53 of 2014, corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.59 of 2014, pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

Prima facie case being made out against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer made in this petition.

5. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all such contentions as are available to him in the appropriate stage of the proceeding. 7.

Interim order dated 4th December, 2018 passed in I.A. No.2068 of 2018 stands vacated.
