The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice of eviction dated 4th August, 2022 issued by the Divisional Head, IDCO Maintenance Division, Fortune Towers, BhubaneswarOpposite Party No.6 directing him to vacate the Qrs. No.MIG-B/16, IDCO Colony-II, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar. 3.
Mr. Kanungo, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner is a dismissed employee and requires some time to find out an alternate accommodation to shift from the quarters. He, therefore, submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to retain the quarters till the end of 30th September, 2022.

In view of submission of Mr. Kanungo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and the innocuous nature of prayer made, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition with a direction that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner for his eviction
// 2 // from Qrs. No.MIG-B/18, IDCO Colony-II, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar till 30th September, 2022 on payment of rent and other charges as payable under law.

It is made clear that if the Petitioner does vacate the aforesaid quarters by the end of 30th September, 2022, action as deem fit and proper shall be taken for his eviction. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
