This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 17th December, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 35255 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order dated 17th December, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 35255 of 2020 has been complied with in the meantime. He, therefore, submits that the contempt petition has become infructuous and prays to drop the contempt petition.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.
