Challenging the notice issued under Annexure-3 series, the Petitioner has approached this Court in the Present Writ Petition. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that in the notice under Anenxure-3 series, the petitioner has been called upon to reply within a period of 30 days, but the Petitioner and her husband are arrested and are inside custody.

Be that as it may, since the Petitioner has been called upon to reply pursuant to the notice under Annexure-3, let her take necessary step by filing her objection and if such objection is filed, the authority shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 6.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
