1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to sanction and disburse him grade pay of Rs.4,200/- towards 2nd RACP instead of Rs.2,800/- on completion of 20 years of service in the post of Assistant Teacher of Elementary cadre in view of the judgment dated 24.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018 confirming the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.2576 of 2016 and batch and order dated 09.11.2017 in O.A. No.2499 of 2016 and batch.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the grievance of the Petitioner has been adequately set out in the representation submitted before the Opposite Party No.4/ Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 10.07.2022, the said representation is still pending before the authority. Hence, he submits that the authority may be directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, without going to the merit of the claim of the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4/ Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of forty-five days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
