Heard Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service with consequential sanction of all benefits within a stipulated time.

Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar matter, i.e. W.P.(C) No. 24687 of 2021 has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2022, whereby the benefit was directed to be extended to the petitioner therein and the petitioner having stood in the same footing, the case of the petitioner may be disposed of in terms of the said order and the opposite parties may be directed to extend the benefit in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. J. P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate contended that if similar matter has already been disposed of by this Court, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/ direction issued in W.P.(C) No. 24687 of 2021 decided on 11.08.2022.
