The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer.

"To reinstate the petitioner in his post i.e. Secretary of Nalabanta Service Cooperative Society, Nalabanta, in the district of Ganjam 4.

It is submitted that while the petitioner was continuing as Secretary of Nalabanta Service Cooperative Society, Nalabanta since 8.11.2016, he was placed under suspension by opp. party no.2 vide order under Annexure-3. It is submitted that though more than one and half year have passed, but opp. party No.2 is not taking any decision to revoke the same.

In view of the submission made by Mr. Sahoo, this Court while disposing of the writ petition permits the petitioner to approach Opp. party No.4 by making a prayer for revocation of the order of suspension passed by opp. party No.2 on 14.11.2018. It is observed that if any such application is made before opp. party no.4 within a period of two weeks from today,

// 2 // the said authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of one month thereafter.
