2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned A.S.G.I along with Mr. S. Kashyap, learned C.G.C. appearing for the opposite parties. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the opp. parties to show cause as to why the notice of recovery issued under Annexure-4 should not be quashed and further why the petitioner should not be allowed to retain the quarter bearing No.180, Type-II At GC C.RP.F., Bhubaneswar allotted to him till academic session end ad if the opposite parties fails to show cause or show insufficient cause, the rule may be made absolute.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating her grievances, the same
// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
