It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 14718 of 2015 (State of Odisha and Ors v. Sushanta Chandra Sahoo & Ors.), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 06.05.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14718 of 2015 (State of Odisha and Ors v. Sushanta Chandra Sahoo & Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
