Heard Mr. S.N. Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that pursuant to the notice of eviction issued on 08.08.2022, the petitioner has filed his show cause on 19.08.2022, but till date no decision has been taken on the same.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Laikera to dispose of the show cause filed by the petitioner on 19.08.2022 pursuant to the notice dated 08.08.2022, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order.
