This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.C. Case No.12 of 2022, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kantabanji, arising out of Turekela P.S. Case No.83 of 2021, for offences under Sections 274/275/120(B) of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kantabanji, by order dated 05.08.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and keeping in view that final form has already been submitted and the release of the co-accused by the learned Court in seisin over the matter which is on record, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner as noted in the order of rejection, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the local police station once every week till conclusion of trial 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
