1. The impugned order was passed on 23rd December 2015 by the trial court declining the prosecution's request for re-examination of the witness i.e., P.W.3. There has been no stay of the trial in the meanwhile.

2. Considering the number of years that has passed, the Court is not at this stage inclined to interfere with the impugned order and the CRLMC is dismissed as such.
