This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.174 of 2022, pending in the file of learned JMFC, M. Rampur, arising out of M. Rampur P.S. Case No.108 of 2022 under Sections 379/34 of IPC and is in custody since 14.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhawanipatna by order dated 04.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Considering the criminal proclivity of the petitioner this Court directs that he shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every week till the conclusion of trial. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
