1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. This Transfer Petition has been filed seeking transfer of MAT Case No. 21 of 2022 in the file of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhanjanagar to the file of learned Judge, Family Court at Boudh.

4. In course of the argument learned counsel appearing for both the Parties agreed that the matter in question be transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Phulbani and both the Parties will face no difficulty, if the matter is transferred to the said Court.

5. Considering such submission, learned counsel for the Parties, this Court while disposing the Transfer Petition, directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhanjanagar transfer the records of

// 2 // MAT Case No. 21 of 2022 to the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Phulbani forthwith.
