This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the petitioners have filed this writ petition against the interim order passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack and the main case is pending for adjudication before this Court after abolition of the Tribunal, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the main case. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
