Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to cease work of the Tangi Bar Association, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned court below. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 11.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10018 of 2022. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
