3. Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 2 to dispose of the appeal stated to have been filed by the Petitioner against the order of punishment under Annexure-6 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this Order.
